The TeacherHello! And Welcome to Cosmetology! My name is LaTerria Slay and I’m your PCHS Cosmetology teacher. On top of being a wife and mother of two, I love my journey in being a Cosmetology teacher at Paulding County High School, and this is my third year. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for over 33 years and I’m ecstatic to see where this journey takes me! I promise to be committed to providing students at PCHS with a quality educational experience. My objective is to inspire students to tap into their individual creativity, passion and imagination; while preparing for a career pathway. Students will learn excellent customer service skills, business etiquette, and teamwork to prepare them for a future career in Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Nails or a career of choice.
